Integrative Somatic Parts Work is a practice of meeting all aspects of ourselves with awareness and compassion. As we tune into the subtle somatic cues our body signals to communicate with us, we become aware of the ways in which energy is looking to express through the system. With deep attunement to all our inner parts, we can allow this authentic expression to guide us back home to ourselves.

Carly Soare is a multidimensional energy healer and executive functioning specialist with a background in speech-language pathology. Drawing on her extensive training & experience, she has supported clients with accessing their higher potential for nearly twenty years.
Carly weaves together her comprehensive professional knowledge with her innate & intuitive understanding of energy flow, healing, and the interconnectedness of cognitive, somatic, and energetic systems.
She is committed to serving in the highest expression of Authentic Self with the intention to meet each individual where they are at, provide guidance & support, and co-create an opportunity for healing and growth.
Her coaching practice is neuroaffirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, trauma informed, rooted in brain science, and divinely guided.
